Hillary loves the foreign cash
In a new book due out May 5th, author Peter Schweizer alleges that Hillary Clinton accepted big money from foreign donors in exchange for favors. And these weren’t just any kind of favors – these were favors that she doled out from her position as Secretary of State.
The book, Clinton Cash: The Untold Story of How and Why Foreign Governments and Businesses Helped Make Bill and Hillary Rich, details a pattern akin to “pay to play.” Included in this pattern are a free trade agreement in Colombia, which benefitted a Clinton donor with interests there, and massive payout to Bill from a Canadian shareholder in the Keystone XL pipeline while — surprise! — its merits were being debated by the State Department.
According to Schweizer:
We will see a pattern of financial transactions involving the Clintons that occurred contemporaneous with favorable U.S. policy decisions benefiting those providing the funds.
Hillary’s GOP opponents are certainly taking notice, with Rand Paul hitting her hard on social media and even accepting tips from the public of other possible wrongdoings.
There will be many more examples in the book of how Bill and Hillary seemingly skirt the laws to not only fund their Clinton Foundation, but also pad their own pockets.
But, hey!, isn’t Hillary just one of us regular folk?
