Family Fitness Challenge
You’ve been doing great watching what you eat, you’re exercising and trying hard to stay active. You’re doing it all right. Hello summer! Hello kids home twenty-four seven and goodbye to those few minutes you thought you had carved out for your exercise.
You can still stay active this summer and keep the workout momentum going. The solution is to change your activities to include the kids. In today’s world of kids and technology, it’s just as important to get them out and active as it is keeping yourself motivated.
To help you this summer, we’ve put together a 30-Day Family Fitness Challenge. These are just a few ideas to help you get your entire family active this summer.
How are you staying active? We will be offering suggestions all summer long on how to stay fit and active with the entire family. Many of the ideas cost little or no money.
We’ve also included activities in the challenge that are oldies, but goodies, and are sure to help you and your family have fun this summer.
